Metro One LPSG Privacy Policy
This policy protects the privacy rights of individuals by outlining how Metro One LPSG collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data in both a national and international context. The Policy also sets out data subject rights and the organization’s responsibilities in safeguarding personal data.
Data Protection and Privacy (DP & P) laws govern the handling of information related to living, identifiable individuals (personal data), such as names, addresses, contact details, employee records, financial information, and health status. This policy applies to all personal data processed by Metro One LPSG, whether electronically, on paper, or by any other means. It covers the entire data lifecycle, from collection and processing to storage and destruction, to ensure comprehensive protection of personal data.
Metro One LPSG will conduct all its operations in accordance with the relevant DP & P, legal and regulatory requirements in every country in which it operates. Metro One LPSG Data Protection Office (DPO) is responsible for discharging the responsibilities imposed by national DP & P laws and incorporates the role of Metro One LPSG’s Global Data Protection Officer.
