| The primary objective of a Loss Prevention Department is to protect your company assets and reduce unknown loss. At Metro One we will develop and/or support a Loss Prevention program, educate / train employees and initiate proactive efforts relative to preventing shrink. Provide direction, motivation, development, support and a purposeful environment for all company employees regarding Loss Prevention. |

Establish partnerships with all operational/merchandising departments in an effort to identify opportunities in shrink reduction. |

Increase Loss Prevention education and enhance Loss Prevention awareness levels through the development and implementation of programs and training initiatives. |

Ensure that the detection and resolution of any Loss Prevention inquire relative to internal and external integrity issues are conducted in a respectful and professional manner. |

Address the corporation's needs for detection devices and ensure all devices are within local and state codes. |

Establish and maintain vendor relations to ensure a productive relationship. Areas include: procedural, execution, compensation, divisional support. |

Assist in the development, implementation and success of operational initiatives and programs. |
