Metro One has been developing a Civil Recovery Program to insure the financial success of your Loss Prevention Division. The goal of this service is to act as your Civil Recovery Agent substantiating whether your program is working within all legal and state requirements. The program would be transparent to our clients and insures the largest return on the dollars spent for your Store Detective programs.

Division Objectives :
The primary responsibility of a Metro One store detective is to apprehend shoplifters within the guidelines provided by the client. Our Store Detective division consists of trained and experienced professionals. All detectives are instructed to conduct themselves without compromising the client's corporate culture or shopping environment. Integrating a productive Store Detective program into your loss prevention strategy will assist in the reduction of external shrink.
Execution of Business Basics:
All store detectives are selected, trained and managed by our Divisional Vice President.
All Store Detectives will periodically rotate between clients. This will ensure all Store Detectives are cross-trained in the various policy, procedural and cultural differences. In addition, Metro One managers monitoring apprehension statistics will have the ability to adjust scheduling accordingly.
Once a quarter Metro One will invite a client to attend a Store Detective luncheon. This will afford the client as well as the Store Detective an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss current
policy and procedural issues.
Each Store Detectives will attend a quarterly meeting to review legal updates, policy / procedural updates, workbook review, open discussion and statistical review.
Tangible "measurements of success" to justify the financial and operational commitment to the program.
